Welcome to our new web site

We are dedicated to the education of women and children in the subject of safety and self defense. It is our belief that people are not hurt because they are small or week, it is for a lack of knowledge.
Look for us in the near future, all over the North Florida area, speaking to women's and children's groups and educating them as to how to stay safe in the world today.
